Another great spring turkey season here in Maine. The seasons keep getting better every year. I couldn't manage to harvest the bird I was after all season but I did take a respectable one. It weighed 21 lbs and had 1 1/16" spurs. Can't wait to take the little guy out!

first deer i ever shot got him in 1992 i was 20 years old he weighed 210 pounds field dressed his score averaged out roughly is 150 boone and crockett

I shot this 8 point Boone and Crockett Buck on the last day of Black Powder season 2006. He scored 164 2.8 b/c and took first place for the state of Maine Perfect Typical Whitetail 2006!

He ignored my decoy set up for the 2 live hens in the field. He gobbled and displayed for over an hour. 2 Jake's and 3 Hen's came in and he beat them up and ran them out of the field. They all snuck into another field behind me. Shot him at 30+ yards. 1" Spurs 9" Beard 22 pounds. Day before nt birthday and my biggest bird yet!
