Everything was open, except the trails to the left of the former T-bar.

There was about 4" of heavy wet powder on top of a good packed base.

The groomed trails were much easier to ski, but going straight down their "hard" trails without turning was fun as the heavy snow kept the speed down.

I went skiing today here at Lost Valley with my 3 1/2 yearold grand son.We had a Great day. It's not a vary high mountain, but it's perfect for helping young skiiers to learn the skills they need to become good skiiers. The conditions were great, low 30's with a nice packed power base.it was kind of like Spring Skiing today.Tylor, Nick & I had a Great time skiing & Tylor is coming along well with his skiing. Lost Valley is a nice family skii location...Have a nice Day, Ron Bessette

My daughter and I skied here Monday evening (1/28) after her ski lesson ended. The conditions were very good, packed powder and all trails were open and well covered. This weekend Lost Valley will have special discount lift ticket/rental pricing in conjunction with the Auburn Winter Festival. More info should be available on their web site. If we get the snowstorm forecasted on Friday, conditions should be great!
