Mama and Baby Bear

An outdoorsman friend of mine, Jim from Wisconsin, recently sent along this great photo of a mother bear and her cub in the wild near Gordon, Wisconsin. I figured that since the voting is over and the bear controversy in Maine has faded for now that it was okay to share with you.

Is that a cute cub or what?!

OMG, that's the most adorable bear I've ever seen. I have an irresistable urge to pick him up and play with him. You don't think mama would mind, do you?

Hmm. Looks like Mama Bear had a "real good" time at the Polor Club, on her last vacation!
Do black bears produce white cubs often, or is this an extreme rarity!?
